What we do with your information.
Short version: we use it to reply to you. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
What we collect
If you fill in the Cost-of-Chaos Calculator, we collect the name, email address and optional phone number you enter, along with your answers to the 20 questions and the three ranges you select. If you book a call, Google Calendar collects whatever you enter on the booking page. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.
Why we collect it
To email you your results, to reply to you, and to prepare for a call if you book one. Nothing else.
Who else sees it
Three services handle it on our behalf: Formsubmit (delivers the form to our inbox), Google Workspace (our email and calendar), and Cloudflare (hosts the site). We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Calculator submissions stay in our email and our pipeline records while there is a reason to keep them. Ask us to delete yours and we will, along with confirming when it is done.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. If we ever email you something you did not ask for, telling us to stop is enough.
